Let´s dance & stretch - Dance with me and be surprised!
A dance workout that puts you in the mood, shapes your body, increases your fitness and is suitable for everyone. Move and mobilise with a relaxed warm-up and lots of dancing to a variety of rhythms - clear your head and switch off your constantly circling thoughts - get out of the daily grind! At the end of each class we stretch our muscles for a great body feeling.
No previous experience necessary.

Dance Weekend included per adult
- Overnight stay in your favourite room
