Body & Mind Weekend
During the Body & Mind Weekend, even your lack of willpower is on vacation. Get into the right mindset to move with fitness trainer Carina Wallner, who will go through6 training sessions with you for more fun, stamina and challenge when exercising. In addition to sporty sessions, you can bring your body and mind into harmony at the yoga or Bodega Moves course and in our Adults Only Infinity Spa.
