General Information
- The rooms are available on the first day from 3 pm and you can stay there until 10 am on the last day.
- Pets are allowed, we charge EUR 10,00 per day (without bush) Please don't take them into the restaurant.
- Free parking at the hotel, on demand we glady reserve you a place in our garage. Price EUR 4,00 per day.
- To fix your reservation please send a deposit to the mentioned bank account or announce your credit card details (name, number, validity date). In case of belated arrival or earlier departure we charge the roomprice less EUR 11,00.
- You can pay your roombill comfortable and unlimited with your Maestro-Card, in cash or foreign currency. We accept the following creditcards: VISA and Mastercard.
- We recommend to contract a travel cancellation insurance
Cancellation policy
Until 3 months before the agreed date of arrival accrues no fee, until 1 month before we charge 40 %, until 1 week before 70 % and in the last week or "no show“ we charge 90 % of the arrangement price. Jurisdiction St. Johann im Pongau.
